Being named “Top Workplace” is great, but being named “Top Workplace” for TEN years in a row is a hard-earned accomplishment. The 2026 Special Olympics USA Games wrapped up this week in Minneapolis, bringing together nearly 3,000 athletes from all 50 states to compete, inspire, and showcase the power of inclusion. Hosted across the Twin Cities from June 20-26, the Games celebrated determination, sportsmanship, and community while highlighting the incredible talents of athletes with intellectual disabilities. Our Executive Director, Kathy, was there this week volunteering! It was great weather and lots of smiles.
