Aveyron Fund Raiser – Herberger’s Coupons
Here’s another way you can support Aveyron, AND have some fun shopping!
Aveyron is again selling Community Day coupon booklets for use at Herberger’s sale on Feb. 26 and 27. For a purchase price (donation) of $5, you will get the booklet that includes a $10 off coupon on any purchase over $10, plus several other coupons to use for the two day event. The only way to get one of these booklets is to purchase them from a non-profit organization that is affiliated with Herberger’s. So, if you happen to miss the chance to buy a book and are in a Herberger’s store on Feb. 26 or 27, you can purchase a booklet at the store, and just tell the store personnel that you’d like AVEYRON to get the credit for the booklet sale.
Herberger’s gives 100% of the $5 purchase price to non-profits, like Aveyron, that sell the coupon booklets. Call our office, and ask for Kathy, to arrange to receive a coupon book. 320-587-6277.
Farewell and Thank You to Aveyron’s Accounts Manager!
After 10 years of dedicated service, our Accounts Manager, Cassandra Mast will be leaving Aveyron and relocating to Pine City, MN.
Although we are sad to see her go, we recognize that she will be closer to her family and wish her all the best!

Cassandra’s resignation creates an opening for an Accounts Manager. Requirements are at least one year post high school education in a related field and 2 years’ experience. New Human Resource Manager!
Congratulations to Natalie Reiter on her promotion to Human Resource Manager! Natalie began her career at Aveyron in July 2004, when she was hired as a Resident Counselor at our home on Lake Street. She then moved to Aveyron’s office, where she held the position of Administrative Assistant. In March 2006, Natalie became the Program Coordinator of our home on Milwaukee Avenue. Most recently, Natalie was Aveyron’s Activities Coordinator.
Semi-Retirement Announced!
Please join us in congratulating Sandy Sturges on her semi-retirement from Aveyron Homes! Sandy joined Aveyron 22 years ago when she was hired as a Resident Counselor at our first home on Dale Street. For more than the past 15 years, Sandy has been Aveyron’s Human Resource Manager. Sandy will assume new part-time responsibilities as our Activity Coordinator. Thanks to Sandy for all her years of dedicated service!
